The Common Vision
Safety first
The Common Vision was established as a professional grouping of legal and natural persons to increase safety at workplaces, on construction sites, and also to increase health care and health protection as well as the importance of health prevention. Nowadays, we connect not only professionally qualified experts in the field of Occupational health and safety, but also other professionals, safety technicians, fire protection technicians, public health workers, doctors as well as employers from a wide range of industry, and manufacturers of personal protective equipment. At meetings that we organize or participate in, we offer opportunities to present best practice, legal regulations and discussions.

Educational materials
The Common Vision Association also engages in the development of professional materials. We work with our partners and members to create educational videos and other materials.
Professional seminars
In construction - coordination of occupational safety on construction sites, work of OSH coordinator during construction, best practices in construction, safe fall arrest, evacuation of persons, safety of technical equipment, market surveillance, professional competence and others. Automotive - meetings between automotive industry representatives and occupational safety and health experts.

International activities
Since 2013, we are a member of the "International Association of Safety Coordinators", which brings together national associations dealing with building safety coordination. Since 2016, we have been a member of the ISHCCO Executive Committee and ISHCCO for EU-OSHA.

Important Milestones OF THE COMMON VISION
On March 6, 2024, we participated in the SAFE TOGETHER conference organized by the Czech association Společná vize ČR. Within one day of the conference, more than 12 lecturers addressed the issue of safety coordination on construction sites, solving legislation, as well as practical experiences with safety on construction sites.
On May 25-26, 2023, the 9th edition of the INCOBOZ international conference took place. The conference took place in the MERIDIANA resort, which is located in the spa town of Bojnice.
On December 2, 2022, we participated in the 1st meeting of the Czech Společna viza, z.s., where the OSH situation at the construction site and the current problems that need to be solved in 2023 were discussed.

On May 26-27, 2022, the 8th year of the international conference INCOBOZ, organized by Common vision, o.z. in cooperation with BOZPO, s.r.o .. The conference took place in the MERIDIANA resort, which is located in the spa town of Bojnice.
On 7.4. – 8.4. In 2022, a general assembly of ISHCOO members and an ISHCOO congress were held in the Cypriot city of Limassol.

ISHCCO arranged a webinar on the 13th of November 2021 with presentation from senior researcher Jeppe Ajslev. The project shows how safety and health construction coordinators experience their professional identity and what strategies they use in their role.
On March 19, 2021, we participated in the ISHCCO online webinar.
On 23.11.2020 took place the General Assembly of the civic association Common Vision.
On 21.11.2020, another of the Virtual Meetings of the International Association ISHCOO will take place. Through the participating individual representatives of companies and members of the association, we learned how the individual countries are currently progressing in the fight against the pandemic COVID – 19. After an introductory summary in the report of the president of the association ISHCOO p. Mr Obermaier spoke on the activities of the association. Dietmar Elsler, on behalf of the EU-OSHA Agency, on information on the Agency’s activities and plans for the coming period.
Our colleagues participated for the first time in a professional online conference organized by an American association called: EHS Today Safety Leadership Conference. The Safety Management Conference, which focuses specifically on providing information on the latest trends, lessons learned, case studies and best practices in the field of workplace safety, remains a valuable platform for networking and new business development in the environmental and safety community.
On June 20, 2020, we participated in a virtual meeting within the international association ISHCOO. The main topic was the measures in individual countries in connection with COVID-19 as well as information regarding the functioning of the ISHCOO association.

Our representatives attended a conference on “PROJECT SAFETY MANAGER” at the Maximus Resort Hotel in Brno from 6 to 7 February 2020.
On 20.11.2019 took place the General Assembly of the civic association Common Vision.
Representatives of the civic association Common Vision participated in the Vision Zero Summit in Helsinki from 12.11.2019 to 14.11.2019.
From 5 to 8 November 2019, representatives of the Common Vision civic association attended the 36th International Congress and Trade fair A+A in Düsseldorf, Germany. Congress A+A is a leading event for those concerned with occupational health and safety (OSH).
On 22 October 2019, representatives of the Common Vision civic association attended the Security Culture conference organized by the National Labor Inspectorate (NIP) in cooperation with the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) at the Saffron Hotel in Bratislava.
Chairman of the civic association Common vision Ing. Ján Donič attended a working meeting of the members of the National Network of the European Agency for Safety and Health, held on 21 October 2019 at the Saffron Hotel, Bratislava.
Representatives of association Common Vision attended exhibits which was held on 25 – 27 September in Goyang, South Korea. The exhibition focused on occupational health and safety and fire protection.
On September 13, 2019 members of the Common Vision civic association prepared a professional seminar on the topic: Examples of extinguishing types. The purpose of the workshop was to provide expert explanations in the form of presentations and videos, and to show the participants how to extinguish a fire with the help of available fire extinguishers, or how to safely approach the fire which the employee has at his disposal.
The 10th International Conference on Occupational Safety, Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics (AHFE 2019) was held on July 24-28, 2019 at Washington Hilton, Washington DC USA.

06 – 08 of November 2017, the members of the Common Vision took part in an international conference where they presented professional experience and experience from different areas of OSH.

07 – 08 of March 2014, representatives of the Common Vision took part in the ISHCCO General Assembly held in Birmingham.
Representatives of our association participated in the exchange of experience and good practice in Sweden.

Representatives of the Common Vision took part in the General Assembly of the ISHCCO in Frankfurt, where the Common Vision Association was accepted as a member.
Representatives of the Common Vision met with members of the International Health and Safety Construction Coordinators Organization (ISHCCO) in Prague and discussed the terms of membership in the Association.
The workshop was focused on the exchange of good practice in the field of construction and the work of the OSH coordinator. The workshop was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the SR, the National Labor Inspectorate and members of the Association.
The Common Vision was created based on the need to have an association in Slovakia which is actively involved in solving the issues of coordination and health and safety at construction sites.
